These terms govern your use of TuneLink Academy LLC. By creating an account or booking a lesson, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
TuneLink Academy LLC provides a platform for connecting students with music instructors. You agree to use the service lawfully and to treat instructors and other users with respect. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account; students under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission.
If a student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create the account, approve the booking, and be responsible for payment, communication, supervision, and compliance with these Terms.
Instructors listed through TuneLink Academy LLC are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of TuneLink Academy LLC. TuneLink Academy LLC facilitates connections between students and instructors but does not control every aspect of an instructor's teaching methods, lesson content, or independent professional judgment.
Lessons are arranged directly between you and your instructor. TuneLink Academy LLC facilitates the connection but is not responsible for the content or outcome of individual lessons.
Lesson fees are displayed on each instructor's profile. Payments are processed securely through our platform. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a lesson is completed.
By booking a lesson, you authorize TuneLink Academy LLC or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for lesson fees, cancellation fees, subscription fees, or other amounts owed.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full.
Completed lessons are non-refundable. Refunds or credits may be issued at TuneLink Academy LLC's discretion if a lesson is canceled by an instructor, cannot be completed due to circumstances within TuneLink Academy LLC's control, or otherwise qualifies under a written policy.
Online lessons may be conducted through Zoom or another video conferencing platform. Users are responsible for having a working internet connection, device, camera, microphone, and appropriate learning environment. TuneLink Academy LLC is not responsible for technical issues caused by a user's device, internet connection, or third-party platform.
Students, parents, guardians, and instructors must behave respectfully and appropriately. Harassment, discrimination, threats, inappropriate conduct, unsafe behavior, or misuse of the service may result in suspension or termination of access.
TuneLink Academy LLC may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if a user violates these Terms, fails to make payment, engages in unsafe or inappropriate conduct, or misuses the platform.
All content on TuneLink Academy LLC — including text, graphics, logos, and instructor profiles — is owned by TuneLink Academy LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
TuneLink Academy LLC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from interactions with instructors.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
