Biography

My name is Finn Woermer and I love music. My passion for learning as much as I can on the instrument has been strong since the day I started. My purpose is to provide students with an encouraging learning experience where progression is felt, and the results are real. Some things you can learn with me include: - All types of chords: open, barre, major, minor, 7s, diminished, suspended, etc. - Scales to build solos such as the pentatonic - Music theory to navigate the guitar with ease and understand the fundamentals of music - Songwriting - Improvising - Rock/Metal guitar, blues guitar, neoclassical guitar, pop guitar, country guitar - Guitar technique such as hammer-ons and pull-offs, alternate picking, legato, tapping, etc. - Any and all of your favorite songs!
